LKS05系列MCU是凌鷗創(chuàng)芯針對電機驅動市場,推出的高性價比電機運動控制芯片。芯片內部集成儀表級全差分可編程增益放大器+差分ADC,不需要電壓偏置就可以處理正負信號;集成同步雙采樣3Msps 12BIT高速ADC,集成全溫度范圍千分之五電壓基準源;集成96MHz 32BIT CPU,三角函數運算、開方運算100ns內完成;工作溫度范圍-40~105℃,內部RC全溫度范圍時鐘偏差1%以內,通過6KV人體模型引腳接觸放電,通過15KV非觸式空氣靜電放電測試。LKS05系列MCU在提供電機控制應用必須資源的前提下仍具有極佳性價比。
LKS05 is a series of cost-efficient motor-control MCU. These chips integrate instrument grade fully-differential programmable gain amplifiers and differential Analog-Digital-Converter (ADC), which could process positive/negative input signals without voltage bias on chip. The ADC provides a 12bit resolution and 3Msps sampling rate. Voltage reference could achieve a ±5‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The internal 32bit CPU is running on a clock of 96MHz. It is capable of performing a CORDIC/SQRT task in less than 100ns. Working temperature is between -40~105℃. The internal RC clock could achieve a ±1‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The chip has passed 6KV HBM contact ESD test and 15kV non-contact air ESD test. LKS05 Series MCU provide necessary resource at a limited cost for motor-control applications. LKS08 is a series of high-performance motor-control MCU. These chips integrate instrument grade fully-differential programmable gain amplifiers and differential Analog-Digital-Converter (ADC), which could process positive/negative input signals without voltage bias. The ADC provides a 12bit resolution and 3Msps sampling rate. Voltage reference could achieve a ±5‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The internal 32bit CPU and DSP are running on a clock of 96MHz. The DSP is based on a customized instruction set architecture and could be used as an independent heterogeneous core running parallelly with CPU. It is capable of performing a CORDIC/SQRT/DIV multi-cycle instruction in less than 100ns. Working temperature is between -40~105℃, The internal RC clock could achieve a ±1‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The chip has passed 6KV HBM contact ESD test and 15kV non-contact air ESD test.

These chips integrate logic input signal processing unit, dead zone timing control unit, lockout circuit, level-shifter, pulse filter and output driver. They are targeting brushless motor controllers in electric bicycle, household appliance, electric power tool, and industrial control applications. LKS03系列MCU主要優(yōu)勢有:高可靠性、高集成度、最終產品體積小、節(jié)約BOM成本。芯片內部集成2路高速運放和兩路比較器,可滿足單電阻/雙電阻電流采樣拓撲架構的不同需求;內部高速運放集成高壓保護電路,可以允許高電平共模信號直接輸入芯片,可以用最簡單的電路拓撲實現MOSFET電阻直接電流采樣模式;集成硬件MOSFET溫度漂移補償電路,確保電流采樣精度;應用專利技術使ADC和高速運放達到最佳配合,可處理更寬的電流動態(tài)范圍,同時兼顧高速小電流和低速大電流的采樣精度;整體控制電路簡潔高效,抗干擾能力強,穩(wěn)定可靠;單電源2.2V~5.5V供電,確保了系統(tǒng)供電的通用性。
LKS03x series is even more compact, while not less stable or reliable. A smaller product size and less BOM cost could be expected. The integration of 2 high-speed operational amplifiers and 2 comparators makes it easy to meet the different requirements of single-resistor/ dual-resistance current sampling topology; the internal high-speed operational amplifier integrates a high-voltage protection circuit, which allows high-level common-mode signals to be directly input to the chip. You could use the simplest circuit topology to realize the direct current sampling mode of MOSFET resistance; And a hardware MOSFET temperature drift compensation circuit is integrated to ensure the current sampling accuracy; Application of patented technology makes the ADC and high-speed operational amplifier achieve the best coordination, which can handle a wider dynamic range of current, while taking into account the sampling accuracy of high-speed small current and low-speed large current; The overall control circuit is simple and efficient, with strong anti-interference ability, stable and reliable; Single power supply 2.2V~5.5V power supply, to ensure the versatility of the system power supply. LKS09系列MCU是32位RISC核心的面向電機控制應用的專用處理器,集成FPU和DSP,主頻高達192MHz,配備雙電機驅動接口和豐富外設資源,存儲資源為256kB flash+40kB SRAM,同時支持存儲空間重映射,使用SRAM來作為代碼運行加速。
The LKS09 series MCU is a 32-bit RISC core dedicated processor for motor control applications. It integrates FPU and DSP. The main frequency is up to 192MHz. It is equipped with dual motor drive interfaces and rich peripheral resources. The storage resources are 256kB flash+40kB SRAM and support address space remapping to enable code execution speed-up in SRAM.
