珠海蓉勝超微線(xiàn)材有限公司，前身是廣東蓉勝超微線(xiàn)材股份有限公司。往前追溯，則是始建1985年的珠海蓉勝電工有限公司。是專(zhuān)業(yè)研制、生產(chǎn)與國(guó)防科技配套、汽車(chē)行業(yè)及其他高端電子產(chǎn)品的微細(xì)及特種漆包線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)商，是亞洲最大的專(zhuān)業(yè)微細(xì)漆包線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)基地。其生產(chǎn)的微細(xì)漆包線(xiàn)最細(xì)已達(dá)到人體頭發(fā)的1/8，達(dá)0.012毫米。
珠海蓉勝超微線(xiàn)材有限公司經(jīng)過(guò)30余年的發(fā)展，總資產(chǎn)達(dá)1.8億元人民幣。
公司產(chǎn)品目前已發(fā)展至不僅覆蓋中國(guó)大陸且延伸至歐美、其他地區(qū)的高端市場(chǎng)。汽車(chē)行業(yè)的知名終端大眾、豐田；家電電磁閥行業(yè)的知名終端如LG、三星、博世，西門(mén)子；微電機(jī)行業(yè)的知名終端尼康，佳能，本田等。產(chǎn)品系列已覆蓋漆包銅圓線(xiàn)、自粘漆包線(xiàn)、微細(xì)鍍錫線(xiàn)、小型扁平漆包線(xiàn)、合金線(xiàn)等，年生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)1.7萬(wàn)噸；

自粘線(xiàn)(Self-bonding wire)
自粘性漆包銅圓線(xiàn)是在聚氨酯、聚酯或聚酯亞胺等單層絕緣漆包線(xiàn)之上涂敷熱塑性樹(shù)脂或熱硬化性樹(shù)脂等自粘層，烘焙而構(gòu)成二層結(jié)構(gòu)的漆包銅圓線(xiàn)。本公司依各種絕緣漆層及自粘層搭配組合成多種自粘性漆包銅圓線(xiàn)。請(qǐng)按粘結(jié)方式及用途選擇合適線(xiàn)材。
The self-bonding wire is a copper conductor covered with two layers of coating self-bonding which may be thermoplastic or thermosetting resins over an monolayerinsulating copper wire made of polyurethane,polyester or other insulating resins.Our company expertly combined diversified sele-bonding copper wires according to different kinds of insolating coatings and self-bonding films.Please select the appropriate wires in accordance with the bonding methods.

我們提供多種不同的金屬，且具有各異特性，如電導(dǎo)率、機(jī)械特性、抗彎特性、溫度系數(shù)及耐腐蝕性等。蓉勝生產(chǎn)直徑從0.014mm到0.800mm（AWG58-24）的漆包銅線(xiàn)和裸銅線(xiàn)、鍍錫線(xiàn)，鍍銀銅線(xiàn)、鍍錫銅線(xiàn)和銅鎳合金線(xiàn)。
We offer various metals with very different characteristics such as conductivity,mechanical properties,bending proof performance,temperature coefficient and corrosion resistance.Ronsen produces enameled and bare copper wire,silver piated copper wire,copper tin wire,and copper nickel wire,all available from 0.014mm to 0.800mm(AWG 58-24).
